Helia Ebrahimi is the economics correspondent for Channel 4 News in the UK and has been working through cancer treatment. Following King Charles's decision last week to continue working through treatment, she decided to share her story about her own work experience after her diagnosis.  

"Working gives you purpose and focus that’s bigger than thoughts of your own health, which is critical with cancer – and even without it...Coming back to work has been incredible for me and I’m lucky enough to have a very sympathetic organization behind me which has supported me throughout the ups and downs....But it is a challenge to work with physical limitations when you’re used to operating in an environment where excitement and adrenal in normally keep you sharp."
