The Young and the Restless star Eric Braeden disclosed his prostate cancer diagnosis last week. “I was taken aback, but I was determined to deal with it,” he said. While he has taken the time to "slow down" and "listen to my body more", he has decided to continue working during his treatment, saying that he finds that work distracts him.

“I love knowing that I entertain people,” Braeden said, teary-eyed. “I love your support. Means a lot.”
