Peter Thamel - October 2023
University of Kansas football assistant coach Matt Lubick has been diagnosed with cancer. He was admitted to the hospital last week but has continued to work remotely during this time. He has been Zooming with the offensive staff to give his analysis of Kansas' opponent in preparation for their game.
"You don't have to work during this stuff. I do it for therapy. The Kansas staff being so loving and caring and supportive has given me strength and given me purpose. It's been therapeutic for me to keep mind off stuff"
