Last week, Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, announced that she will continue working while undergoing treatment for her most recent cancer recurrence. After being admitted to the hospital for an unrelated condition, Justice Ginsburg released a public statement that provided more details on her current health situation and treatment protocol.
Over the last 21 years, she has had several bouts of cancer including lung, colon and pancreatic cancer, she has also repeatedly disclosed her medical conditions and treatments to the public. With this latest news, she responded similarly when it came to addressing her Court responsibilities, "I have often said I would remain a member of the Court as long as I can do the job full steam. I remain fully able to do that."
