Sgt. John Cain became an internet sensation after helping an injured runner, Robert McCoy, cross the "Rock N Roll Marathon" finish line. A few months following the marathon, Cain was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. This time around, McCoy was there for help Cain cross the finish line.

McCoy, a cancer survivor himself, knew the struggle, and made it a point to support his friend for the past few months. Cain recognizes with this support, one is never alone in the battle. Cain says all he wants to do is defeat cancer and get back to work serving his city.
