Keith Smart, assistant coach of the Miami Heat, has reunited with his team for the first time since completing 30 radiation treatments for a rare skin cancer. Teeth removal, skin grafts, weight loss, and loss of taste were just some of the symptoms that came along with treatment. But Smart's ready to get back to work.

Smart says he is feeling energetic and plans to return to Miami for practice with the hopes of rejoining the coaching staff for the playoffs. Smart is thankful for the support he received while he was out, noting that the team regularly kept contact with him, even giving him shout-outs on TV.
