Tony Beasley, third base coach for the Texas Rangers, was not going to let cancer intercede with doing what he loves, coaching. While Beasley notes that much of the work could be done from home, he was determined to be out on the field with his team.
Beasley states,"so much of this battle is mental, keeping busy, not letting things creep into your mind...here I can focus on the team, there are things to keep my mind occupied."
The Rangers recognize Beasley's positive attitude and are ready to support him throughout his journey.
