The Alaska Dispatch News recently wrote about Isaiah Vreeman, director of special events for the Alaska School Activities Association and cancer survivor. The article discusses Vreeman's cancer journey, including his return to work. Vreeman had a tumor on his pelvis, which led to 13 hours of surgery in September and resulted in very limited mobility.
