Michelle Willard - November 2015
Travis Swann learned some pretty important life lessons at the young age of 7, when he was diagnosed with leukemia. Though the prognosis was grim, Swanna made it through 3 years of treatment and has gone on to graduate with a degree in advertising and start his own business.
Swann cites his experience with cancer, and what he took away, as a way to do meaningful work for his clients. "I still have the same stress, worries as everyone else, but I look at it differently" adding that having cancer really puts life into perspective and so he tries not to sweat the small stuff. Though he's been in remission for 23 years, the strength he built during his battle against cancer stays with him in his work.
