Wales Online recently published the courageous story of a breast cancer survivor, Lisa Williams, who is going to be climbing Snowdon in aid of Breast Cancer Care. In the article, Williams talks about the impact that the diagnosis had on her life, including her work, saying "'I realised life is for living, so I have reduced my working week to 30 hours.'"
For many people, cancer is often an inspiration to change the direction of their career, or as Williams did and if doable, simply to work less.
