The app will help people navigate all areas of life impacted by a diagnosis, including work. The article explains that the app was created to help patient navigators, who help patients manage the areas of their life that will be impacted by the diagnosis, "To aid those professionals and family members, Israeli medical technology firm Medicope has developed an app – allowing patients and caregivers to assess their ability to cope with serious illness and suggesting ways to deal with those details."
