Stewart Paterson - August 2014
The Bridlington Free Press recently wrote about an artist and cancer survivor, Sharon Tiernan, who is currently showcasing her work. Tiernan says that her cancer experience increased her passion for her work and her attention to detail also increased. While she was receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatment, Tiernan was mostly unable to paint. When she started to feel better, her attitude toward her art shifted, she no longer takes any of it for granted.
