The Detroit Free Press reported on Bryan Murray, general manager of the Ottawa Senators, who is working through treatment for Stage 4 colon cancer. Murphy doesn't go into the office on the days that he gets chemotherapy, but otherwise tries to stick to his usual schedule. In the article he explains how his diagnosis and treatment have impacted his work, saying "'I rely on my assistants quite a bit to do a lot more of the traveling and scouting maybe than in the past, but beyond that, I'm fine.'"
