Cancer and Careers offers targeted and customizable trainings for managers on the wide array of issues that may present themselves when a direct report discloses a diagnosis.
Trainings may cover topics such as: protecting employee privacy after disclosure of a cancer diagnosis; establishing workplace ecosystems that support staying on-the-job during treatment and/or easing back into the work routine after time off; best practices when having “difficult conversations” with employees about work and cancer; and more.
Each training is designed in partnership with the company making the request, topics, fees and timelines are determined on a case-by-case basis.
