How do you feel today?
I feel fantastic!! I wanted to update everyone on my miracle book status. Since the diagnosis, what has changed in your life?
Still working hard! Writing alot and working out.
What is going well for you right now?
Life! I am still alive! What's better than that!
What is not going well for you right now?
I really can't complain.
What has been the most challenging thing about having cancer?
Overcoming the fear of unknown. Read my story, I share my best moments with the world. THEY helped me so maybe they will help you?
When difficulties overwhelm you, where do you go for support?
GOD! I still speak my mind to him.
How have your long-term goals or life goals changed since diagnosis?
Things are getting back to a new normal. Accepting the new you is not an option. Life is not so bad having one lung and a baby lung. I have to exercise daily to keep it built up.
What is your work arrangement right now? What are your hours?
Working nights still.
Since the diagnosis, what has changed in your work life?
Work life is great! It's taken alot of time but better.
What has helped you continue to work the most?
A.D.A I mentioned calling them and things got quiet. No more smart remarks or gestures.
What advice do you have for others trying to work through treatment?
Focus on you and sleep as much as possible. DO THINGS TO BRING JOY INTO YOUR LIFE!!!
How have you dealt with any side effects of treatment?
I have many. Its best to focus on what's good in your new life.Trust me when I say things can be worse. Give it some thought.
