I work in Logistics and Supply chain as a Supervisor. I am in the latter part of my 40's and just finished my undergrad. I would love to obtain a Masters but an unsure on what to obtain. I thought about I/O psychology or a masters in leadership and/or management. I am looking at moving up to a GM or a Director. What is the opinion on the master's degree that I am thinking of or is there another one that could be recommended that would get me to the positions that I want?
