I am a nurse who works in an outpatient clinic affiliated with a large hospital. I have been on quarantine and then unpaid leave since COVID but the state is starting to open up, thus so is our clinic and neighboring clincs and I'm being asked to come back. What are my rights if I don't feel safe returning? I am not in treatment, thus am not high risk BUT I have had some bad labs suggesting I could be having a reoccurrence and I cannot afford to get sick.
