Was this training you missed while you were out on leave or out of the office? Has everyone in the office received this training? Have you had any conversations with your supervisor or manager regarding your desire for retraining? I would just like to get a sense of whether this would be a general request or if a formal reasonable job accommodation may be more appropriate.
