I have just started a Dietary Aide job at a local nursing home. The position is part-time, which is fine, however, I found a full-time position. The full-time job is identical to the one I have now, with a bit more to do in each shift. Should I stick with the part-time job and ask for a transfer in a few months or apply to the full-time position?
