Hello! My name is Tine (you say it like "Tina") and I am so excited to be joining Cancer and Careers as Senior Development Coordinator. On this team, I help with planning and logistics for all Development sponsored led events, meetings, work groups, Board meetings, and more. I also help cultivate relationships with current supporters and prospect new ones to help fund our empowering services and programs.

I love working in development because it joins my strong administrative and numbers brain with my passionate collaborative and creative brain, all to make a positive difference in our world. I have mostly worked to support animal welfare causes in my career and am so excited to be pivoting to support CAC's work. Supporting people through difficult challenging times is an essential part of what being in community and caring for each other means to me. Seeing people for their whole selves, and supporting their agency, especially in times of great need, is how I strive to be in community. Considering this, I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to dive so deep into the mission and work of CAC.

When I'm not working, I love hosting friends for dinner and creative coworking time, driving through the desert, and spending time with my partner. I hope to someday to have an animal living with me in my space, but I am leaving the timing of that to the universe.
